Withdrawals Blocked In Parimatch

I have been using the Parimatch India portal for cricket betting and have won around ₹4 lakhs, but Parimatch has blocked my withdrawals. I have submitted all the requested documents multiple times, yet they still haven't unblocked my account. Please help me resolve this issue.

I have shared the original bank statements with them, yet they keep responding that the statement is edited. I'm even willing to share my net banking credentials. How am I supposed to prove the account is mine? Someone please help.
