Parimatch Withdrawal Declined - Cannot Withdraw Funds

I have a serious problem with my Parimatch account, because I cannot withdraw my money despite having a high balance. When I go to the withdrawal section in the application, the system shows an error and my withdrawals are not processed. On 21 August 2026 I tried to withdraw 50,000 INR, but this transaction was declined by Parimatch. On the same date I also tried to withdraw 11,000 INR via bank transfer and that withdrawal was also shown as declined. Although my balance is still visible in my account, the platform does not allow me to withdraw it and does not pay my money. With this complaint I am requesting that all the money currently in my Parimatch account, including the declined withdrawal amounts, be fully refunded and paid to me without any further delay. I ask for my issue to be resolved as soon as possible and for my balance to be released.
