Parimatch UPI PhonePe Deposit Failed

I am writing regarding a failed deposit to my Parimatch account via UPI PhonePe that has still not been refunded. My Parimatch user ID is 764068***. On 03/04/2026 at around 4:14 PM, I initiated a deposit of 7,000 Rs, which was shown as “processing” on Parimatch, even though the amount was deducted from my PhonePe account. The UTR for this transaction is 961974559357. After noticing that the deposit did not reflect in my Parimatch balance, I contacted your support team and was instructed to create a ticket. Later, the ticket status was marked as resolved, but I did not receive the money back. When I reached out to support again, I was told to contact them if the refund had not been received, yet despite the ticket showing as resolved, I still have not received any refund and I am no longer getting any clear response or help from support. I kindly request that the 7,000 Rs from this failed deposit, with UTR 961974559357, be refunded to my original PhonePe/UPI source as soon as possible and that I be clearly informed once the refund has been processed.
