Parimatch Ticket Marked Resolved Without Issuing Refund
I am writing regarding a failed deposit to my Parimatch account made via UPI Paytm. I initiated a deposit of 950 on 17/02/2026, which was shown as failed on 19/02/2026, even though the amount was deducted from my Paytm account. The UTR for this transaction is 200330609662. After noticing the issue, I contacted your support team and was told to create a ticket. The ticket status later showed as resolved, although I did not receive my money back. Support then informed me to contact them again if the refund had not been received after 25/02/2026. This date has passed, I still have not received any refund, and now I am not getting any clear response or help. I request that the 950 from this failed deposit, with UTR 200330609662, be refunded to my original Paytm/UPI source as soon as possible, and that I be informed once the refund is processed.
