Parimatch Rejects Aadhaar Verification and Blocks KYC Re-Upload

I am a Parimatch user, and my Aadhaar-based document verification has been rejected on the platform. After the rejection, the system no longer shows any option to upload my Aadhaar documents again, leaving me completely stuck and unable to complete the verification process. I have already contacted your support team by email, but despite this, my issue has not been resolved and the verification status has not changed. I have not been given a clear solution or any way to retry the verification. I request that my Aadhaar documents be properly reviewed and approved, or at the very least that my KYC process be reopened and I be given the option to re-upload my documents. I expect this issue to be resolved as soon as possible so I can use my Parimatch account without any restrictions.
