Parimatch Poor Service

Today at around 5:53 pm IST, I deposited 5,000 rupees into my Parimatch account via UPI. The amount was successfully debited from my bank account, but it has not been credited to my Parimatch wallet. On the Parimatch platform, this deposit has been showing as “In processing” for about 7 hours without any change in status. I opened a support ticket regarding this issue, but the ticket only shows “We’ll pick this up soon” and I have not received any update or concrete response so far. I am sharing the screenshot that clearly shows the transaction stuck in processing status. I request that this stuck deposit be investigated urgently, that the 5,000 rupees be credited to my Parimatch account linked to user ID 308564***, or otherwise refunded to my bank account as soon as possible, and that I be informed in writing of the result.
