Bybit Permanent Account Restriction

I live in Argentina and I am a Bybit user. On 19 June 2026 at 09:34, a restriction was imposed on my account, after which I have not been able to withdraw any funds. All withdrawal methods are blocked for me, including crypto withdrawals to external wallets, internal transfers, P2P, and fiat withdrawals. In the Bybit notification it is stated that my account is restricted and the expected end time of the restriction is shown as “None (Permanent)”. At the same time I am simply told to wait for the restriction to be lifted, without any indication of when and under what conditions this could happen. Support has informed me that my case is under review by a special team. I have repeatedly been told that there is no exact time frame, that no interim information can be provided and that no additional actions are required from me at this stage. Despite my numerous requests and months of waiting, I have not received a clear explanation of the reason for the restriction or any time frame for resolving the issue. At Bybit’s request, I provided documents confirming my identity and the origin of my funds, including bank statements, documents confirming my registration as a monotributista, and issued invoices. I also repeated the identity verification procedure. In our correspondence, a transfer of 51 USDT to HTX was mentioned, but Bybit has not clearly and specifically explained which exact action led to the account restriction and what requirements I must fulfil to have it lifted. Support assures me that my assets are safe, but in practice I cannot dispose of them in any way. At the moment, my account shows an indefinite restriction on withdrawals, and a balance of approximately 801 USDT is blocked. I ask Bybit to allow me to withdraw all funds that belong to me. If withdrawal is still not possible, I request a written and specific explanation of the reason and clear information on which actions or documents are required from me to lift the restriction. I also request that a realistic time frame for the review be provided, instead of leaving my account under an indefinite restriction with no further clarification.
