Parimatch Not Crediting My Deposit Of 40k Inr
I am writing about a serious issue with my Parimatch account (ID: 655083***) regarding a UPI deposit that has still not been credited. On 4th March, I deposited 40,000 INR to my Parimatch account using Korak Bank UPI. The amount was successfully debited from my bank account, and I have proof of the payment, yet the money has never appeared in my Parimatch balance. Since that date, I have been regularly contacting Parimatch customer support. Each time, I am told that they are "working on my issue", but no concrete solution has been provided and my balance has not been updated. It has now been almost 25 days, and this ongoing delay without any real resolution has left me extremely frustrated and mentally exhausted. I kindly request that my 40,000 INR deposit from 4th March made via Korak Bank UPI be immediately credited to my Parimatch account without any further delay. I also expect clear information about what went wrong and why this has taken so long, so that I can regain some trust in your platform.
