Parimatch Not Crediting Deposit From Paytm

I am a customer of the Parimatch betting app and my Parimatch ID is 239323***, registered in the name of Ripon C*** D***. On 2 April at around 8:32 PM, I made a deposit of 1,000 via UPI from my Paytm app, using my State Bank of India account number 33409343***, IFSC code SBIN0009***. The amount of 1,000 was successfully debited from my bank account, but it was not credited to my Parimatch gaming account. Despite the payment being completed on my bank and Paytm side, my Parimatch balance has not been updated, and I have not received the deposited amount in my account within the app. This has caused me inconvenience, as my funds are stuck without being able to use them or get them back. I request that the missing 1,000 be either credited to my Parimatch gaming account or refunded back to my State Bank of India account mentioned above. I also kindly ask for a clear explanation of why this issue occurred and for it to be resolved as soon as possible.
