PariMatch Aadhaar Upload Error - Withdrawal Option Missing

I have been experiencing a serious problem with my PariMatch account for about one month regarding both document verification and withdrawals. I am trying to upload my Aadhaar documents as requested, but the system does not allow me to upload them at all. Because of this, the withdrawal option is not showing on my account and I am unable to withdraw my money. I contacted PariMatch customer support and they told me to re‑upload my Aadhaar documents, but even after multiple attempts, the upload function still does not work and the situation has not been resolved. I am stuck without any way to complete verification and without any visible option to withdraw my funds. I request that my Aadhaar documents be properly accepted or that a working alternative method to submit them be provided, and that my withdrawal option be restored so I can access my money without further delay.
