Parimatch Funds Received But Can't Use It

I am writing to report a problem I am facing on the Pari Betting website while accessing it from India. On 9 May at around 9:30 p.m., I credited money into my account, but although the deposit shows as successful, the available balance for cricket betting is still showing as zero, so I am unable to place any bets. I tried to contact Pari Betting customer support; however, I could not find any option that matched my specific issue, so I have not been able to get help or a proper response about this problem. I request that my balance be corrected immediately so that the deposited amount is fully available for cricket betting, or that the issue be clearly explained and resolved in a way that I do not suffer any loss.
