Although I have been a Parimatch client for about a year, lately the service has been really poor. I paid £150 a few weeks ago, but my account never reflected it. I called customer assistance right away, but I have received nebulous responses and no resolution. After more than three weeks, they still have not credited my account or reimbursed the money. This kind of inactivity is unacceptable, thus I'm starting to regret using Parimatch at all. They seem unconcerned about their players or prompt handling of handling problems. I highly advise you to give Parimatch some serious thought before joining. Simply said, the effort is not justified.
