I deposited ₹9,000 into my Parimatch account using my Paytm account, but this amount is currently stuck. It has neither been credited to my Parimatch balance nor refunded to my Paytm wallet.
The transaction is visible in my Paytm account with the reference number 202618026347, which clearly shows that the payment was successfully debited from my side.
Despite this, the amount is not reflected in my Parimatch account, and I have not received any clear resolution regarding this issue.
