Parimatch Deposits Are Still Processing After Successful UPI Payments

I made two deposits to my Parimach account through UPI mobile payments on 09/05/2026. The first deposit was for ₹1,500, and the second deposit was for ₹1,000.
Both payments were successfully sent from my side, and the money was deducted correctly through the UPI transactions. However, inside the Parimach application, both deposits are still showing the status “processing,” and the funds have still not been credited to my account balance.
It has already been around 12 hours since I completed these transactions, yet the total deposited amount of ₹2,500 remains missing from my Parimach account. This delay is extremely frustrating because the payments were completed successfully from my side, but I still cannot use the funds in the application.
I contacted Parimach customer support regarding this issue, but unfortunately I have not received any response, update, or assistance so far.
I request that Parimach urgently investigate these pending deposits and immediately credit the full amount of ₹2,500 to my account balance, or otherwise resolve the issue without any further delay.
