Parimatch Deposit Not Credited After ₹300 Paytm Payment


I made a deposit to my Parimatch betting account on April 30, but the amount has still not been reflected in my account balance. I deposited ₹300 via Paytm, and the transaction/reference ID for this payment is T2604302112095553015670. Although the payment was successfully completed on my end, my Parimatch balance has not been updated.
I contacted customer support regarding this issue, but I did not receive any proper response or a clear solution. As a result, my money remains stuck even though the transaction was successful.
I request that the ₹300 I sent via Paytm using the above transaction ID be refunded back to my Paytm account as soon as possible, or that I be provided with a clear explanation of the current status of this transaction.
