Parimatch Deposit Missing After Paytm Payment

On 11 March 2026 I deposited ₹330 via Paytm to my Parimatch account, and on 12 March 2026 I deposited another ₹410. Both transactions were successfully completed from Paytm, but the total amount has still not been credited to my Parimatch account. My Parimatch account details are as follows: Account ID 575909*** and registered mobile number 8273428***. Despite the payments going through on Paytm, my in-game balance has not been updated and I am unable to use the money I deposited. I have tried to reach out to support, but I have not received any response so far. I kindly request that these deposits be checked urgently and that the total amount of ₹740 be credited to my Parimatch account, or otherwise refunded to my original payment method.
