I deposited 60,000 on July 9, 2025, on the Parimatch website, and the money was deducted from my account, but it still hasn’t appeared on my Parimatch balance. I raised a ticket and provided all the details, but I keep receiving the same generic replies. It has been more than 120 days, and they still haven’t provided a solution for my ticket #48271321. My player ID is 820772***. Parimatch has not resolved my issue, and this situation feels unacceptable—please do not deposit money without knowing what you might face.
