Parimatch Wallet Balance Deducted Without Permission

On 2 April at around 10:20, an amount of ₹2001 was deducted from my active wallet balance on Parimatch without my permission or any clear information. This amount was part of my bonus balance, and I noticed that it was suddenly cut from my active wallet. Since the morning of the same day, I have been trying to contact Parimatch support, but I have not received any proper response so far. I use the email address rahulya***[email protected] for my Parimatch account, and I have repeatedly tried to get help regarding this issue, yet my balance has still not been returned to my wallet. I request that my ₹2001 be immediately returned to my active wallet balance, as I did not authorize any such deduction and no satisfactory explanation has been provided. I expect this issue to be resolved urgently.
