I Face Parimatch Deposit Not Credited Despite Successful Payment

9The amount I deposited has not been added to my Parimatch account. I already created a support ticket, and when I checked the status, it shows as “resolved,” but the money has still not been credited to my account.
When I checked my deposit history, the transaction shows as “declined,” even though I successfully completed the payment on my side. I have already contacted customer support regarding this issue, but it has not been properly resolved.
I request that the deposited amount be added to my Parimatch account as soon as possible. I also expect a clear explanation of why the transaction was marked as declined despite successful payment and that this issue be resolved without any further delay.
