I Face Parimatch Deposit Not Credited After ₹5000 UPI Payment

I deposited 5,000 INR into my Parimatch account, but the amount was deducted from my bank account and has still not been credited to my Parimatch balance. The transaction was made on April 8 at 11:49 PM via UPI from my AU Small Finance Bank account (7702185575@ptsbi), and the transaction/UPI reference ID shown in my bank app is 609853440204.

After noticing that the funds were not reflected in my Parimatch account, I contacted Parimatch customer support. They only informed me that the issue would be resolved during working hours, but as of now, the money is still missing and has neither been refunded to my bank nor credited to my Parimatch wallet.

I am requesting that this issue be resolved urgently by either immediately crediting the 5,000 INR to my Parimatch account or refunding the full amount back to my AU Small Finance Bank account linked to this UPI transaction.
