I Face Free Fire Account Hack And Lost Access To Paid Items

I am writing again regarding my Free Fire account, which is linked to my Google account and was hacked on August 21, 2025. Since that date, I have not been able to access the account, and it is clear that someone else has taken control of it.
Before the hack, I purchased diamonds in 2025 and spent my limited money on the game as a student. By losing access to this account, I have also effectively lost all the items, progress, and benefits I obtained through those purchases, which is both upsetting and unfair.
I already contacted support and was told they could not help with this issue. I then submitted another complaint, but I received the same standard response again, without any real investigation or meaningful assistance. Getting the same repeated reply after clearly explaining that my account was hacked and contains paid content has left me extremely frustrated and disappointed.
I firmly request that my Free Fire account linked to Google be seriously reviewed, that the unauthorized access be properly investigated, and that my account access be restored. If recovering the account is truly not possible, then I expect a clear and detailed explanation along with a fair solution regarding the diamonds and in-game items I paid for but can no longer use because of this hack.
