Deposit Not Reflected In My Parimatch Account

I have a Parimatch account with the number 9052485***. I made transactions of ₹3,000 and ₹200 on October 6, 2025, and another of ₹10,000 on October 18, 2025. The amounts were successfully transferred to the merchant, but they have not been reflected in my Parimatch account for the past two weeks. I have also tried reaching out through alternative channels to file a complaint about this issue.

Bro, I tried to Contact Customer care continuously from last 2 weeks. They told everytime, we don't have any update from billing team. They didn't respond properly and they didn't give Failed deposit ( Actually it is debited in our Account). They Don't bothered about customer queries. finally i lose hope on my money back. I lost my money.
