Missing XTZ Transfer from Binance TR to Paribu

I transferred crypto assets from Binance TR to Paribu via XTZ, but it hasn't reflected in my Paribu account. I contacted Paribu, provided them with the XTZ address, and they said they would provide positive or negative feedback after reviewing the refund request. They also mentioned that transfers via XTZ are only possible through specific addresses like TRC20, which is another issue. In short, Paribu said they would review the case and provide feedback, but unfortunately, there has been no response. It seems that Paribu will not refund my transferred funds. If the refund is not processed, I want to state that I will pursue legal action and share my experience on social media on behalf of Paribu. If my issue remains unresolved, I will not mark this post as resolved.
