They also mentioned that transfers via XTZ are only possible through specific addresses like TRC20, which is another issue. In short, Paribu said they would review the case and provide feedback, but unfortunately, there has been no response. It seems that Paribu will not refund my transferred funds. If the refund is not processed, I want to state that I will pursue legal action and share my experience on social media on behalf of Paribu.
