I am unable to access my Paribu account because the identity verification process fails to proceed. When I contacted support to resolve this issue, I was told that accounts with ID numbers starting with "98" cannot log in. Since my ID number starts with "98," I am effectively locked out of my account.

This is incredibly frustrating, as I intended to make an investment with my father's guidance—he is a businessman, and time is of the essence for this transaction. I expect Paribu to address this problem immediately and find a solution for users with "98" starting ID numbers. Please respond to this message promptly, as this situation is highly inconvenient and needs to be resolved without further delay.
