Papa John’s Pizza Delivery Took Over an Hour and Quality Was Disappointing

I placed an order from Papa John’s Pizza, but after waiting over an hour, I canceled it. The restaurant is only five minutes away by bike, so this delay was unacceptable. This wasn’t my first bad experience—previously, pizzas took 50 minutes to an hour to arrive, and the quality was terrible. One pizza was unevenly prepared, with one side thick and the other thin.

Despite my hesitation, my spouse suggested ordering again because it’s nearby, but the same thing happened. This was my last order. The service, speed, and quality that Papa John’s had in the past are gone. Considering the high prices, there are much better alternatives available. I won’t be ordering again.
