Pandora Gift Card Balance Check Not Happening, Website Is Broken

I shop on Pandora quite a lot, Exchange some, keep some in the gift cards or so and recently tried to see how much money was left on my Pandora gift card, so I thought it would be a good idea to send myself a short message, clicked https://balance.clutch.com/pandora, but the website kept loading for a long time and didn't show me any useful information, tried calling the number 1-855-922-2600, but the line was very long and I couldn't get through to anyone in the company. love Pandora and would like to use my gift card, so it would be great if you could fix the website issue and surely make those phone lines a little faster. looking forward to hearing from you, thx!
