It got a little tricky when I tried to buy my girlfriend a Pandora charm set online as a surprise. So it wouldn't be known, I had it sent to her house instead of ours. That looked simple, right? I put in her shipping address and made sure to UNCHECK the box that said "same billing address." even checked everything twice before putting the order in. still looked like the bill was going to the shipping address on the confirmation screen, but I thought I can’t know better than them. called Pandora's customer service to get it fixed, and they told me it wouldn't be a problem. The bad news is that my girlfriend still got the bill. Pandora, that's not quite the surprise I was hoping for! they're not very good at online ordering I guess. They might be better at taking care of things in their real stores. If I want to avoid any surprises (the bad kind this time!), I might just go in person next time.
