Unable to Swap Lyoz Coin Bought on Binance Web3 Pancakeswap
I purchased Lyoz coin through Binance Web3 Pancakeswap based on a recommendation from a so-called crypto analysis expert. After seeing a small profit, I attempted to swap the coin for BNB or USDT, but I encountered an error that made the transaction impossible. Despite the minor amount, I feel scammed.
To resolve the issue, I found a customer service number for Pancakeswap on their Instagram page, but it turned out to be a local 0534 number—completely unprofessional. When I contacted them, I was dismissed with the response, “Complain wherever you like.” This level of deception is shocking.
What’s more concerning is Binance’s role in this, as the Web3 connection runs through their platform. I expect Binance to take accountability and resolve the issue promptly. This kind of oversight is unacceptable.
