Binance WEB3 Pancakeswap Coin Scam and Lack of Support

I purchased a coin named We on Binance WEB3 Pancakeswap, and after making a small profit, I attempted to convert it to BNB or USDT. However, I encountered an error, as shown in the attached screenshot. I bought this coin based on the advice of a so-called crypto technical analyst named e a***, whose recommendations turned out to be misleading.
Despite my attempts to resolve the issue, I found a contact number for Pancakeswap's customer service listed on their Instagram page: a 0534 number, which seems dubious. I reached out to them, and the so-called customer service response was that the coin I purchased is a meta coin and that I need to open a meta account and transfer 0.1 ETH (approximately $350) to access my funds.
This response feels like a scam, and it’s frustrating to see that customers are misled and then further exploited by deceptive support practices. I plan to file a formal complaint against them, and their dismissive attitude only adds to my frustration.
Now the main issue is, rather than the work they are doing, how has Binance become involved in such a situation? After all, this is something that has a Web3 connection on Binance. I demand that my grievances be addressed.
