My daughter is 5 months old, and until now, we had been using a different brand of baby wipes without any issues. This month, we decided to try Pampers 99% Water Baby Wipes, expecting the same level of safety and gentleness. Unfortunately, it led to her first-ever diaper rash.
After switching to this product, I noticed the wipes were excessively wet, and during quick diaper changes, they left her skin damp for too long. This clearly caused irritation, and now she’s uncomfortable and in pain. It's heartbreaking to see my baby suffer from something that was supposed to be gentle and safe.
Pampers, I’m deeply disappointed. A product meant for sensitive skin should not cause harm. You need to review the moisture level and formulation of this wipe. I expected better from a brand that parents trust worldwide. I’m switching back to our previous brand immediately and will not take another risk with your product. Please take responsibility and improve this item before more babies are affected.
