Unknown Paddle.net Payment on Bank Account — How to Get a Refund
On October 21, 2025, at 11:48 p.m., an amount of $144 was withdrawn from my Enpara account by Paddle.net without my knowledge or consent. I have no information about what service or product this transaction was for. The transaction number listed on my bank receipt is 484349.
After noticing this unexpected charge, I canceled my card for security reasons. The transaction appears to have been a one-time event, and I have never experienced anything similar before. I have not yet contacted Paddle.net customer service about this issue.
I request that this unauthorized transaction be canceled and that the charged amount be refunded to my account as soon as possible. I also ask for a prompt response and a clear explanation of how this payment was processed without my authorization.
The same thing happened to me. Go to paddle.net — there is a bot. You can request a refund by saying “unknown subscription.” The bot told me that my request was received and that they would issue me a refund.
