Unauthorized Paddle.net Proxysell Payment Complaint
On November 20, 2025 at 22:51:24, a charge of 13.20 USD was made from my Enpara bank card under the name paddle.net proxysell. The approval SMS I received stated:
“Please do not share this code with anyone. Your verification code for the 13.20 USD purchase at paddle.net* proxysell on 20/11/2025 at 22:51:24 is: 746576 b003.”
This charge was processed without my knowledge or intention because I mistakenly approved the transaction.
I did not receive any product or service in exchange for this charge, nor did I intend to make any purchase. Since this payment occurred solely due to an accidental input and confirmation, I request that the amount be refunded to me. The reference/transaction number on the receipt appears as 03663-00998-0.
Following the incident, I submitted a dispute for the transaction through the Enpara app, but I have not received any response so far. I request that this mistakenly processed payment—which I did not knowingly authorize and for which I received no service—be urgently reviewed, that the 13.20 USD be refunded in full to my account, and that I be provided with written updates regarding the status of my dispute.
