Unrecognized Paddle.net Payment on My Card — How to Get a Refund

On October 20, 2025, an amount of $49 was withdrawn from my account by Paddle.net without my knowledge or consent. I have no information about which service or product this transaction was for. The bank statement lists the reference number 5293****5907.

After noticing this unauthorized transaction, I canceled my card for security reasons. I have not yet contacted Paddle.net customer service regarding the issue.

I request that this unauthorized transaction be canceled and that the charged amount be fully refunded to my account as soon as possible.
