I Face Incorrect Billing on Paddle: Charged $39 Instead of ₺39 for Premium Subscription

On March 2nd, I purchased a Premium membership using my email address i***********@gmail.com through the Paddle platform. The price was clearly stated as ₺39, and I expected my card to be charged accordingly. However, to my shock and frustration, Paddle charged me $39 instead — nearly ten times the expected amount.
As a university student with a limited budget, this incorrect billing has caused me significant financial stress. I purchased this service believing I was paying a local currency fee, not an international dollar charge. Despite sending several emails to their support team requesting clarification and a refund, I have received no response whatsoever.
This situation is completely unacceptable. I am requesting an immediate cancellation of my Premium membership and a full refund of the unauthorized $39 charge. I also ask Paddle to update their billing practices to prevent such misleading currency errors from happening to other customers in Turkey.
If I do not receive a timely response and a refund, I will have no choice but to report this issue to consumer protection agencies and my bank. I expect Paddle to take this complaint seriously and resolve my issue promptly.
