Otelz Hasn't Paid My Hotel in 2 Months and Won't Respond to Calls or Emails

I run a hotel in Taksim, and we’ve been working with Otelz for quite some time. However, for the past two months, I have not received any of the payments. I’ve reached out multiple times, but there’s been no clarity or explanation given for the delay. Whenever I call the office, I’m told that the issue will be forwarded to the finance department, yet nothing happens. Emails also go unanswered, which only adds to the difficulty of the situation. As a long-term partner, I expect more transparency and communication. I’m requesting an immediate resolution to this payment issue so we can continue working together smoothly.
