I have been waiting for approximately two months to receive the payment for reservation number 5644634, which we created through Otelz for Roccia Downtown Hotel. Although the net payment of approximately $148 was supposed to be transferred to me in July, the company has failed to make the payment and has not provided any response or explanation.

Despite repeatedly trying to contact the company by both phone and email, I have received no response whatsoever. No explanation has been provided regarding the payment, and I have not been informed about the reason for the delay. This situation is disrupting our business, and we have been left completely without a point of contact.

I urgently request that the approximately $148 payment associated with reservation number 5644634 be transferred to me and that I be provided with a written explanation regarding this significant delay and the lack of communication.
