I am filing a complaint regarding the issues I’ve been experiencing on the Orisbet website. Yesterday and today, I made a total deposit of $480 using the fast transfer method and requested a withdrawal of $190. My username is Hakan2678.

In several games, the winnings I should normally receive are significantly lower than expected, and I suspect manipulation in the game outcomes. For example, on $1 bets, where the system should generate $95–$130 in returns, I only received $4. The fact that this issue has occurred before raises serious concerns about the site’s reliability.

I have experienced similar problems on this site multiple times before. Despite submitting several complaints, none of my issues have ever been resolved. I also submitted a complaint via Xolvie, but Orisbet responded with dismissive and unhelpful replies. Customer service representatives were indifferent, often rushing through conversations and ignoring my concerns. Even when I stated that I wanted to close my account, I was met with resistance and obstacles.

When I requested a bonus, my request was rejected with the excuse that I was “not active.” When I reached out to support, they did not help and even made me feel mocked. My deposits and withdrawal requests are being ignored, and my problems remain unresolved.

I expect Orisbet to either refund my deposits or at least compensate me for the inconvenience and ensure that no manipulation occurs in the games. I request that my complaint be taken seriously and my losses compensated promptly.

I have been a user playing games and making high-value transactions on Orisbet for a long time. I have an investment of around 25,000 TL, and I was especially expecting my weekly loss bonus for this weekend. However, the weekly loss bonus that I was supposed to receive today was not credited.

When I contacted the support team, they told me that the weekly loss bonus had been removed from the site and that they would not take any action regarding this matter. As a user who has made a large investment and relied on this campaign, this situation has caused me both financial and emotional distress. Removing such a right at their own discretion, without any notification or transition period, makes me feel that there has been an arbitrary intervention regarding my money and losses.

My expectation from Orisbet is that the weekly loss bonus I am entitled to for this week is fully credited to my account, or that the error is corrected in a way that compensates for the grievance caused by this practice. I request that my grievance be reviewed and resolved as soon as possible.
