Origins Ginzing SPF 40 Tinted Moisturizer Leaves Skin Dull and Dry

I purchased the Origins Ginzing SPF 40 Tinted Moisturizer expecting a radiant finish as advertised, but it has been a huge letdown. Instead of brightening my skin, it leaves a dull, gray undertone that makes my face look even more matte. The product offers no hydration at all, completely failing as a moisturizer. To make matters worse, there was no protective seal under the cap, which raises serious hygiene concerns. Yet, when I tried to return it, I was told the product must be unopened—how can anyone verify this without a protective seal? I also tried their gel moisturizer, and it was equally disappointing, offering no real hydration. Origins, I expected better from your brand. Please improve your quality and address these issues promptly.
