Wiami Robot Vacuum Stopped Working Despite Warranty
In 2023, I purchased a Wiami brand electronic product through Trendyol and have been using it regularly since then. At first, the product would start and stop occasionally, and its suction power was quite low. Now, however, it has completely stopped working. Although the standard warranty has expired, I purchased an extended warranty package, which is still valid. After the issue appeared, I tried turning the product on and off, but nothing worked. I contacted both Trendyol customer service and the extended warranty provider, but I received negative responses. My order number is 1839 899 547. I request that the product be repaired and kindly ask for my issue to be resolved.
