Opodo Charged My Card Without Permission – Requesting Immediate €99 Refund
Opodo charged my card €99 without my knowledge or consent. I’ve never even heard of this company before, so this must be a mistake. I’m requesting a full refund as soon as possible. I have no idea how Opodo handles refunds, and I’m unsure if I need to share my IBAN to get my money back. This unauthorized transaction is frustrating, and I expect the company to correct this issue immediately. Please let me know how to proceed with the refund process.
