On 05/08/2024, Opodo Prime Annual charged 99.99 euros to my credit card without my knowledge or consent. This transaction was not authorized by me, and I had no prior information about it. I am requesting an immediate refund for the amount taken. If this issue is not resolved promptly, I will escalate the matter and file complaints with the appropriate authorities. Please address this unauthorized charge as soon as possible.
