Opel Refused to Exchange My Faulty 2024 Crossland Despite Transmission Issues
From the first day I bought a brand-new Opel Crossland from "Opel Istanbul ÇETAŞ" in 2024, I experienced problems with the gear shifting. The gears grind when shifting, and even after several trips to the service center, the issue stays unmet. Though they haven't taken the car back, the service crew verified in writing that the transmission has to be replaced. Opel has turned down my offer for a replacement car of the same model. I'm left waiting without any appropriate resolution from Opel as I feel caught with a car that isn't running as it should. I just want a reasonable answer; this has been a taxing process.
