Omix X3 Model Echo Issue During WhatsApp Video Calls

I have had my Omix X3 phone for five or six days. When making video calls on WhatsApp, there is an echo. I am also experiencing issues with the audio. During video calls, either there is no sound at all, making communication impossible, or the other person's voice echoes so much that we cannot understand each other.
What kind of phone have you produced? Please find a solution to this problem!

I had reported a complaint because there was an echo during WhatsApp video calls. My phone was sent to service. They told me it was tested and approved, and my phone was returned to me, but there is absolutely no solution. My problems still continue; the other party's voice still echoes, comes through intermittently, and after a while, there is a very bad buzzing noise. What will happen like this? I deeply regret buying it. They said it was an update issue, and an update was done, but I want a solution. Why does this problem only exist in X3s? Do I have to apply to the authorized places or complain to the consumer hotline?

I can't talk to anyone with the headphones; the other side hears a piercing hum and crackling, and the sound cuts in and out. I want a solution to my problem. If there is a manufacturing issue with the X3s, recall them from the market, my friend.
