Omix 7 Came Back From KVK Service With More Problems Each Time
I am writing regarding the repeated repair failures involving my Omix 7 smartphone, which I purchased brand new approximately 18 months ago.
Since June, I have had to take my phone to the KVK Antalya Mevlana Authorized Service Center several times because of the same recurring fault.
Initially, I submitted the device because the touchscreen was activating on its own and behaving erratically. I was informed that the screen had been replaced, and the phone was returned to me. However, after the repair, I discovered that the speaker and microphone were no longer functioning properly, even though these issues did not exist before I handed the device over.
In total, I have returned the phone to the KVK service center three times for the same recurring problem. Unfortunately, after each repair attempt, the device was returned to me in worse condition than before.
Most recently, I had to return the phone to the service center again because there was no sound coming from the device. What began as a touchscreen issue has now turned my phone into a device that is increasingly unusable due to additional faults introduced during the repair process.
Despite the repeated failures, I have not been offered a permanent solution, and no authorized representative has contacted me to discuss my case or resolve the ongoing problems.
Given that the same defect has persisted despite multiple repair attempts and that the device has deteriorated further after each service visit, I have lost confidence in this product.
I respectfully request either a full refund of the purchase price or a replacement with a brand-new, fault-free Omix smartphone. I believe this is the most appropriate solution considering the repeated unsuccessful repair attempts and the significant inconvenience I have experienced.
I also request a written explanation of the repair history and the actions that will be taken to resolve this matter permanently.
Thank you for your attention to this issue. I look forward to your prompt response and a fair resolution.
