If Omi is charging you after canceling Premium and you want to stop it,

• Write:
– “I canceled my Premium subscription, but I’m still being charged. Cancel all recurring billing immediately and confirm no future payments.”
– Include:
• Account email
• Transaction dates
• Charged amounts
• Screenshots of cancellation proof
