OmeTV Suddenly Banned My Account for “Age Does Not Match”

While using the OmeTV app on my phone just moments ago, I was suddenly banned even though I had not violated any rules. I received a message stating, “You are banned – age does not match,” and my account was immediately blocked. I was using the app normally and having video chats. I did not engage in any inappropriate behavior, harassment, or other conduct that violated the rules.

There is no information or image on my profile or within the app that would indicate that I am underage. Despite this, the system incorrectly banned me for an alleged age mismatch. There is also no one else who may be underage using the app on the same device.

I therefore request that my account and the reason for the ban be thoroughly reviewed by the system. If it is determined that I was unfairly banned, I request that the ban be removed and my account restored.
