OmeTV Account Banned For Underage Reason Despite Being Over 18

I have been using Ome.tv on my phone via the OmeTV mobile application as a free user. On Sunday my account was suddenly banned with a warning on the screen saying “You’re banned – Reason: underage” together with my user ID 400537***. I am over 18 years old and I have never intentionally violated any Ome.tv rules. I did not receive any clear explanation other than the automatic underage warning and since that moment I have not been able to access or use my account. I kindly request that my account be manually reviewed and that this age‑related ban be removed, as I am 18+ and wish to continue using the platform in accordance with the rules.
