OmeTV Mistakenly Flagged Me as a Minor and Blocked My Account

This evening, my account on the OmeTV app was banned without any warning for the reason of being “underage.” However, I am 20 years old and legally an adult. It appears that the system incorrectly identified me as an underage user.

I log into the app through my account, and the ID number of my banned account is 352904246. Even though I did not violate any rules, my access has been blocked, which has caused me significant inconvenience.

I am requesting that my account be reviewed, that my age be properly verified, and that this incorrect ban decision be lifted as soon as possible.
