OmeTV Age Verification Error Locked Me Out for Days

While using the OmeTV app, the system automatically decided that I am under 18 and banned me, even though I am over 18 and my age is fully eligible to use the application. This is the second time this has happened to me, and I have been unable to use the app for three days.
I log into the app using my Apple account, yet despite this, the system applies a ban without any warning or requesting additional verification, citing that my age does not meet the requirements. Being blocked despite meeting the age requirement is both unfair and frustrating.
I am requesting that OmeTV completely remove the ban applied to my account and ensure that it does not happen again. If age verification is required, I ask that a clear and explicit method be provided so I can verify my age properly.
