I Face Ome.tv Ban for Being Underage Even Though I Am 18+

I have been using Ome.tv on my phone through a web browser, and on 11 April, my account was suddenly banned with a warning stating that I am underage. However, I am over 18 years old and believe this ban was applied by mistake. I have only used Ome.tv as a free user and have not violated any rules to my knowledge. I was not given any clear explanation other than the underage warning, and I have not been able to access my account for about two weeks. I kindly request that my account be reviewed and that the age-related ban be removed, as I am 18+ and would like to continue using the platform in accordance with the rules. I also ask to be informed of any additional steps I should take to confirm my age if necessary.
